Don Fledderjohn, President
Don is a graduate of Broad Ripple High School and Butler University. He is President of Master Meridian Properties and past President of Master Glass, Inc. He is past President and board member of the Raphael Health Center; past President of Crooked Stick Golf Club, past Chair of the Club’s Long Range Plan and member of the Championship committee; present member of the Butler University Alumni Board; and member of the Butler Basketball Tip Off Banquet Planning Committee.
Mark Lubbers, Treasurer
Mark possesses a unique blend of private and public sector experience. He worked as a senior aide to Governor Bob Orr, was responsible for the business operations of the Hudson Institute, was Senior VP for Corp Affairs at then-Anthem Insurance Co., and built the strategic plan that resulted in WellPoint. He ran Lugar’s presidential campaign after which he was recruited to help the attempt to rescue financially strapped Conseco. He was the senior consultant to the Daniels for Governor campaign. He has partnered in two successful business start-ups and recently led an effort to develop a $2.8 billion coal gasification plant. Mark is a member of the Board of Directors of City Securities Corporation, and serves and has served on numerous non-profit boards, including TCSI. He has a bachelor’s degree from Purdue University and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.
John directed Tab Recreation for 20 years before being recruited by Indiana Sports Corp. to expand youth wellness programming in Indianapolis. He was the VP for Youth Programming at ISC until he retired in 2011. He was instrumental in launching Indiana's first Kids Games.
For 37 years, Bruce has been an Engineering Advisor at Eli Lilly and Company where he manages large capital projects, mostly biotechnology. He has a BS and MS in Civil Engineering from Purdue University.
As a Vice President of Leasing for Duke Realty, Kate is responsible for leasing existing industrial properties and working with clients on new construction in the central Indiana area. She is a past President and current board member of Indianapolis WERC, and served on the Logistics and Supply Chain Advisory Board at Ball State University. Kate currently serves as the Secretary of the Board for Early Learning Indiana. She is a graduate of Wheaton College.
Gale is the past President and CEO of Alpha Sigma Phi Educational Foundation and a graduate of Oklahoma State University.
For over 35 years, Bob Donaldson has been active in the commercial and residential Indianapolis real estate and construction community. He has led operations and held ownership positions as President and Executive Vice President for three prominent Indiana-based companies. He is President of G.R. Donaldson, LLC, an Advisor for Sperry Van Ness – Martin Commercial Group, and a Principle with Donaldson’s Finer Chocolates. Bob is a licensed Indiana Broker, belongs to the Indiana Commercial Board of Realtors, and holds the designation of Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). He is member of the Indianapolis Rotary Club, past President and member of the Zionsville Optimist Club, and a Lacy Leadership Alumni. Bob has a BS degree in real estate and finance from Indiana University’s School of Business (now the Kelly School of Business).
